  • We’ve created this workbook to help with your goal planning and want to make sure you are happy with your experience! If you are not satisfied with your physical workbook for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase (paid shipping not included).

    To request a refund, please email us at hello@bestdaysclub.com and include your order number.

    If the workbook is still in good condition but not a good fit for you, no need to return it! We ask that you pass it along to someone else you think may benefit from using it!

    What if my goal planner is damaged?

    We understand that items can get damaged during transport and we will accommodate exchanges if this is the case.

    Please email us at hello@bestdaysclub.com with your order number and we will be happy to ship you a new goal planner.

    What if my goal planner didn’t arrive?

    Tracking details will be provided upon purchase, and it’s the best way to stay up to date with the location of your package.

    If your package does not arrive, please email us at hello@bestdaysclub.com with your order number and we are happy to assist!

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all digital products are non-refundable. This is because digital products can be easily downloaded and copied. Thanks for your understanding!

  • Our virtual workshops are non-refundable but if you can't attend live, you'll still receive access to the recordings and all the fantastic resources provided during the workshop!

Refund Policy

  • $5.00 economy shipping (5-10 business days) is available for all orders within the US. Standard shipping is available for $7.95.

    For orders outside of the US, the shipping rate is based on your order & delivery country.

    If you are located outside of the US and would like to order a workbook please email hello@bestdaysclub.com and we’ll assist!

  • After you purchase your digital download, the file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page.

    You’ll also receive 2 emails: a confirmation email, followed by the email containing the link to your download.

    Your link will expire 24 hours after purchase.

    What happens if my download expired?

    If you click your expired link, we’ll automatically send a new link to access your download.

    If you’re still unable to access your download, please email hello@bestdaysclub.com with your order number and we’ll manually resend the download to you!

  • After you register for a workshop you’ll receive a confirmation email with your receipt.

    Then, please allow up to 48 hours for me to add you to my separate email system, where you’ll receive all of the details for the workshop!
